A Spa For You Sedona Day Spa's massage and signature treatments are individually fashioned to create a perfect balancing for you. Although some of our treatments are individually listed, often to bring you to that perfect ‘Ahhh… place’ no single modality will due. For this reason we have created two of our most popular Signature Treatments, the Sedona Experience and the Sedona Glow as places where you can create your own personal massage collage.
Only the finest 100% pure organic Paraben Free body and skin care products are used in our treatments. (e.g. No artificial fragrance, additives, fillers, emulsifiers, parabens, proplylene glycol or Ethyl-Methyl-, Isobutyl-, Butyl-, N-propyl- Paraben related additives) Each has been especially created and chosen to enhance and support your body’s natural regeneration and protection.

Japanese Facial Massage: New and Exclusive to Arizona, A Spa for You Sedona Day Spa introduces traditional Japanese Facial Massage and all organic skin care products. Japanese Facial Massage is truly a unique treatment which focuses not only on improving facial appearance and balancing ki (your bio-electrical flow), it also improves your physical, spiritual and emotional balance.
Sedona Experience (Choose Your Own Hue): One of our most popular Signature Treatments begins with a gemstone (chakra) polarity balancing blending into a personalized combination of Trager, Swedish, Therapeutic, Connective Tissue (deep), with hot rocks and cool marble stone highlights.
Trager® Balancing: A completely relaxing experience for both men and women, Trager brings together the practice of natural body balancing and tension release through gentle motion, allowing your body’s natural healing to again find its own rhythm. This unique modality has a floating in water quality with gentle waves coaxing your tensions away.
Sedona Glow: By choosing a single modality or a combination of Swedish, Therapeutic, Connective Tissue (deep tissue), Reiki, Trager®, Cranial Sacral and Reflexology (foot and hand massage) you can design the hue of your own Glow.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga: Ayurveda (I-er-vĀ-dĕ) is Sanskrit for the “science of- or knowledge of life." Ayurvedic Abhyanga is the sacred ancient therapeutic warm oil massage developed for royalty. Invigorating while deeply relaxing, this treatment moisturizes the skin and brings balance to the mind and body. Consider adding the perfect compliment of a Shirodhara flowing warm oil meditation to this session.
Shirodhara (Flowing Warm Oil Meditation: Following the 5000 year Indian tradition of this rejuvenating experience, Shirodhara is a delicious complement to many massages and the perfect mate to an Ayurvedic Abhyanga. A gentle stream of warm, herbalized oil flows slowly over your forehead opening a path to a meditative state unlike any.
Sports Rebound: An Integrative (Swedish and Deep) massage to prepare for that long hike or relax, recover and rejuvenate thereafter.
LaFemation - The Unwinding Wrap: Another of our most popular Signature Treatments, Lafemation is a restful body-wrap starting with a gentile brush exfoliation then warm body wrap with our clinically proven balancing emulsion accompanied by a complete foot reflexology, continuing into a body lotioning and massage with the choice of adding a touch of heated basalt rocks or cool marble stones – after which you will discover that there is nothing standing between you and complete relaxation. The Sedona Duet: (Couples Massage) A perfect sharing of a perfect moment the Duet transports you and your loved one to that caring space you know and cherish. With your choice of a single massage therapist giving 2 back-to-back sessions, or two massage therapists giving the same or different modalities to each of you.
Ayurvedic Quartet: The Ayurvedic Quartet is a synchronized four-handed (two Therapist) Ayurvedic Abhyanga warm oil massage for one that takes you into a realm of physical sensation and mental relaxation, which even after experiencing you may not know how to describe. This 60 minute fit-for-royalty massage will be something that you will talk about for years to come. (Hint: leave yourself some time following this treatment to simply enjoy where it takes you).
