| Welcome to pre-natal yoga! Our sessions are held on Saturday mornings from 10:45-12:00p.m. costing $15.00 per session or you can purchase a 6 week pass for $72.00. We breath, stretch, strengthen, and relax. We have fun, learn and develop friendships. The studio supplies mats but it is suggested you bring your own. We also supply pillows of which you'll need two. |

Join us beginning June 1 at 12:00-1:15 pm Sundays for a healing, soothing class that will help you integrate back to your everyday life. Beginning and continuing students welcome. Moms can begin any time you feel up to it.
