Many people ask themselves, "Can I learn Reiki?".
Any person has the potential to become a Reiki practitioner, but that choice may not one which all people are ready to make.
To become a Reiki practitioner a person must receive an “attunement”. An attunement will “tune” your body and energies to that of the Divine, much like tuning into a radio station. Practitioners are also trained in the basic hand-positions for providing Reiki to others and themselves, symbols for intoning certain aspects of the Divine Energies, and they study basic human bio-energetic anatomy.
I do not teach solely one or two levels of Reiki to each person. I feel that we need as many people working with the Divine energies as possible. So, when I teach a Reiki class, I give all three “levels” of Reiki. That way, one can become a Reiki master/teacher by the end of the class and can pass the attunements on to others.
