Reiki Classes
I have been teaching Reiki I, Reiki II, and Master level Classes since 1996.
Reiki I class includes the history, instructions, traditional hand positions, and a Reiki I attunement to the healing energy of the universe, manual & certificate.
Reiki II class includes detailed information and instructions to incorporate three of the ancient symbols into you practice, Reiki II attunement, manual & certificate.
I generally teach Reiki Master on an individual level. Reiki master includes four more ancient symbols, instructions on implementing attunements, class observation, Reiki master attunement & certificate.

Eden Energy Medicine Classes
Since I was already teaching Reiki and presenting Complimentary Healing Modalities at conferences and workshops, it was very natural for me to begin to incorporate Eden Energy Medicine into my teachings. I also started incorporating Eden Energy Medicine into my sessions which meant I was teaching my clients the techniques so they could do them at home between appointments.
Presently, I teach Eden Energy Medicine locally in the Saratoga Springs, NY area and also in New Jersey. I love to travel and am available to discuss teaching in your area.
Manifesting Classes
I love teaching Manifesting Classes because everyone wins! If manifesting a goal was so simple, then why wouldn’t we all be doing it? In the group we learn what is a real goal and not just a chore or a whim. Next we explore where are we getting tripped up and what can change to experience smooth sailing. We do group visualizations and meditations to solidify the group’s energy toward energizing everyone’s goals. Then we get out our markers, glue, pictures, and magazines and create a dream board. The best part is that we have fun.
